By accessing the website at veklom.com (the "Site") or using any documentation, evaluation packet, sample code, or other materials made available by Veklom (collectively the "Materials"), You agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If You do not agree, do not access the Site.
§ 2Permitted Use
You may use the Site to (i) read public information, (ii) request technical evaluations, (iii) initiate procurement contact, and (iv) review legal documents. You may use the Materials only for the purpose of evaluating Veklom for potential licensing.
§ 3Prohibited Activities
You shall not:
- Use the Site or Materials to develop, train, or improve a competing product;
- Scrape the Site at a rate intended to degrade availability for other visitors, or attempt to circumvent rate limits;
- Probe, scan, or test the Site for vulnerabilities except under a coordinated disclosure agreement reached in writing with Veklom in advance;
- Impersonate Veklom or any other person or entity in correspondence or in materials derived from the Site;
- Use the Site or Materials to violate applicable law, including export-control laws and sanctions.
§ 4Intellectual Property
The Site, the Materials, and all underlying content, design, code, text, graphics, and trademarks (including the Veklom name and logo) are the property of Veklom or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Limited reproduction for personal, non-commercial review purposes is permitted.
§ 5Disclaimer
The Site and Materials are provided "AS IS" without warranty. Performance benchmarks, compliance mappings, and architectural claims are indicative and not guaranteed. Veklom may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site at any time without notice.
§ 6Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veklom's aggregate liability arising from Your use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Veklom is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
§ 7Modifications
Veklom may update these Terms at any time. Material changes are effective on the date posted unless otherwise stated. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
§ 8Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes are resolved per the dispute-resolution provisions of the Software License Agreement.
